Perfect for quick getaways* or extended stays, each guest home is fully equipped with a kitchen, bed linens, towels, and spacious living areas. Set on private wooded lanes with their own yards, every home features unique décor and design. Many include outdoor patios, hot tubs, pool tables, and some are even pet-friendly!

Important Guest House Information
As an overnight guest at our Vermont resort, you’ll have access to year-round stay-inclusive amenities. Enjoy complimentary WiFi, a resort hot tub, sauna, fitness room, and fire pit. In summer, take advantage of our heated outdoor pool, tennis and volleyball courts, canoes, and more. In winter, we offer cross-country skiing and snowshoe trail passes, a sledding hill, and an outdoor ice skating rink. Before booking, please review our complete list of policies and fees.
Check-in for all guest homes begins at 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be requested but cannot be guaranteed, as we require time to prepare each home to meet our high standards.
Rates are subject to change without notice and do not include taxes, resort fees, or gratuities. All guest homes and resort spaces are non-smoking. We offer a selection of pet-friendly rentals, and pet fees and policies apply. Basic housekeeping services are available upon request, and additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee. Composting is required by Vermont state law, and receptacles can be found in all homes.
A two-night minimum stay is required when booking a Saturday. A three-night minimum is required over President’s Day Weekend. Quiet hours and occupancy limits must be observed.
Wood-burning fireplaces are available seasonally from fall to spring, with dates varying based on weather. Outdoor cooking appliances are available during the summer months only.
