Rates & Information

Rates start at $800 per night plus Vermont State Tax and Resort Fee. Maximum Occupancy is 10 guests. 

A two-night minimum is required for stays including a Saturday night. A three-night minimum applies over President’s Day Weekend. 

Timbers is non-smoking throughout. Timbers is also not pet-friendly. Bringing a pet into this home is a violation of the rental agreement and will incur a minimum penalty of $250 per night, per pet. Guests will be moved to available pet-friendly accommodations if possible, and refunds will not be provided if alternative housing is not comparable or if the stay is shortened.
