Rates & Information

Rates start at $ 750++ per night plus Vermont State Tax and Resort Fee. Maximum Occupancy is 6 guests. 

A two-night minimum is required for stays that include a Saturday night. A three-night minimum applies over President’s Day Weekend. 

White Birch is a non-smoking house throughout. White Birch is not pet-friendly. Pets in these accommodations are a violation of the rental agreement. Guests bringing a pet into this Guest House will be charged a minimum penalty fee of $250 per night per pet and will be moved to pet-friendly accommodations if available. Refunds will not be offered in the event the stay is shortened or alternative housing is not comparable.
