Position: SALON TEAM MEMBERS
Summer is our busy Salon season, and we are looking to add talented members to our team. If you are an experienced Hair Stylist, Makeup Artist or Nail Technician (with the appropriate credentials) we would love to speak to you! Wedding experience a plus for hair and makeup. Position: NIGHT AUDITOR
Part Time (seasonal) and Year Round positions available. This is a night-time position, generally 11pm to 7am. Some of the responsibilities for this role include front desk/customer service for in-house guests, auditing and balancing of daily shift reports, Field phone calls and input reservations, prepare guest accounts for morning check-out, balance cash drawers and record receipts, run end of day reporting. Requirements: excellent communication and computational skills, computer knowledge, experience in customer service or hospitality. Weekend and holiday shifts expected. Competitive pay.
Both seasonal and year-round positions are available. This role is responsible for maintaining the resort’s high standards for our guest accommodations through daily cleaning and organization of the space(s). Role may also include cleaning and upkeep of public areas within the resort. Extreme attention to detail required. Must be reliable. Weekend and holiday shifts expected. Competitive pay.
Position: GUEST SERVICES
Guest Services Representative. Year-round and seasonal positions available. This critical role is the ‘go to’ for our guests and internal teams here at the resort. The ability to quickly gain in-depth knowledge of the resort as a whole, and on a timely basis is critical. This role is a guest-facing role and requires excellent customer service skills. Guests services also performs a variety of functions throughout the resort, as needed – including but not limited to assisting guests with luggage, shuttle van services during resort events (utilizing resort vehicles), light maintenance (assisting guests with light in-room concerns (e.g. replacing lightbulbs, delivering compact refrigerators or found personal items, etc.)), filling vehicle gas tanks, picking up supplies, clearing walkways, etc. This role interacts with all departments at the resort and requires a team-minded individual. Valid drivers license with a clean record required. Weekends and holidays required. Competitive compensation.
This position is full-time, seasonal (June through October). This critical role is the ‘go to’ for our guests here at the resort. The ability to quickly gain in-depth knowledge of the resort as a whole, and on a timely basis is critical. The ability to juggle multiple tasks at once will be an important asset in this role. This role will assist guests with luggage and personal items, answer guest questions, provides information for guests about the area, find information for guests as needed, makes reservations and assists guests with reserving the various amenities offered here at the resort, arranges transportation for guests, communicates guest needs to other departments, . During extreme busy or slow times the Concierge will be asked to assist other departments as needed (in a wide variety of capacities including but not limited to delivery of items within resort grounds, transport of guests, running errands, etc.) . Weekend and holiday shifts expected. Competitive pay.
Position: ACTIVITIES SUPERVISOR
This role is responsible for the coordination of summer activities offered to guests at the resort.
Position: GROUNDS KEEPER
This role is responsible for assisting with the upkeep of resort grounds as well as the grounds of privately owned homes in our guest house program.
Position: RIDING INSTRUCTOR
This role is responsible for teaching horseback riding to guests at the resort, while also providing daily care for our horses and related equipment. Accomplished horsemanship required.
Position: TRAIL HORSEBACK RIDING GUIDE
This role is responsible for leading guests on horseback trail rides while also assisting with the daily care for our horses and related equipment. Accomplished horsemanship required.
Position: BEACH ATTENDANT
This role brand new role is responsible for assisting our guests with our beach and lake related amenities, light food and beverage service and maintenance of the beach and water sport related equipment.
Position: CLAYBIRD SHOOTING INSTRUCTOR
This role is responsible for teaching the activity of clay bird targeting shooting to our guests. Experience is a must.
