Woodlands is a modest, cozy 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom guest house perfect for a small family or a small group of friends. Woodlands can be combined with the adjacent Waterside for 2 additional bedrooms (additional rental rates apply).

Rates & Information

Rates start at $375++ per night plus Vermont State Tax and Resort Fee. Maximum Occupancy is 4 Guests. 

A two-night minimum is required for stays that include a Saturday night. A three-night minimum applies over President’s Day Weekend. 

Woodlands is a non-smoking guest home. Woodlands is dog-friendly with an additional pet fee, and must be registered at the time of booking.
