Wintergreen North offers 4 bedrooms with 3 full baths, while Wintergreen South offers 2 bedrooms with 2 full baths. Or, rent the entire home with 7 bedrooms and 5 baths, accommodating up to 14 guests in total. This home is perfect for larger groups, families, and is the perfect secluded location for a Vermont retreat away from home. 

Wintergreen North Details (4 Bed/3 Bath)

Rates & Information

Stays that include a Saturday night require a two-night minimum, and a three-night minimum applies over President’s Day Weekend. 

Wintergreen is a non-smoking guest home throughout and is not pet-friendly. Pets in these accommodations are a violation of the rental agreement. Guests bringing a pet into this Guest House will be charged a minimum penalty fee of $250 per night per pet and will be moved to pet-friendly accommodations if available. Refunds will not be offered in the event the stay is shortened or alternative housing is not comparable.
