Waterside is the 1st floor of a modest, cozy Guest House duplex, featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom – perfect for a small family.  Waterside can be combined with Woodlands to add 2 additional bedrooms (additional rental rates apply).

Rates & Information

Rates start at $350 per night plus Vermont State Tax and Resort Fee. Maximum Occupancy is 4 Guests.

A 2-night minimum is requred for stays that include a Saturday, and three nights is requred over President’s Day Weekend.

Waterside is a non-smoking home. Dogs are welcome with an additonal fee but does require registration at the time of booking to avoid any complications. Other information regarding fees & policies should be reviewed before booking.
