Mountain Aire & The Tree House are NON-SMOKING throughout.
Mountain Aire & The Tree House are NOT pet-friendly.
Pets in these accommodations are a violation of the rental agreement. Guests bringing a pet into either Guest House will be charged a minimum penalty fee of $250 per night, per pet and will be moved to pet friendly accommodations if available. Refunds will not be offered in the event the stay is shortened or alternative housing is not comparable.
