The Brookside Guest Home offers three different configurations based on your needs as a group! When reserving the entire rentable portion, Brookside North and Upper combined have 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with a Maximum Occupancy of 10. 

This is the perfect location for small groups, the whole family, or just yourself in Brookside North – offering an array of options and is truly one of our most versatile homes.

PLEASE NOTE this is a 3 unit home and we offer reservations on 2 of the 3 units. The 3rd unit, Brookside South, is permanently occupied. 

Brookside Upper

Rates & Information

Rates for Brookside Upper start at $650++ per night plus Vermont State Tax and Resort Fee. 
Rates for Brookside North start at $300++ per night plus Vermont State Tax and Resort Fee. 

A two-night minimum is required for stays that include a Saturday night. A three-night minimum applies over President’s Day Weekend. 

Brookside (WHOLE HOUSE) is non-smoking throughout. Brookside (WHOLE HOUSE) is also not pet-friendly.

Bringing a pet into this home is a violation of the rental agreement and will incur a minimum penalty of $250 per night, per pet. Guests will be moved to available pet-friendly accommodations if possible, and refunds will not be provided if alternative housing is not comparable or if the stay is shortened.
