The Brookside Guest Home is a versatile home, offering three different configurations based on your needs! When reserving both units, Brookside North and Upper combined have 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. With enough space for 10 guests, an open floor plan, and an oversized deck, it’s the perfect location for small groups, the whole family, or just yourself in Brookside North with 1 bedroom.

BROOKSIDE UPPER
Brookside Upper is a spacious 2-level, 4 bedroom home with stylish architectural features, ample living & entertaining space (both indoors & out) and spectacular easterly mountain & lake views. Brookside Upper is perfect for 8 persons or fewer. If your group is larger, consider combining Brookside Upper & North for additional space.

BROOKSIDE NORTH
Brookside North is 500 square feet of comfortable mountain living with 1 bedroom. This space is perfect for a couple or someone traveling solo. Brookside North can be combined with Brookside Upper to accommodate larger groups.

Brookside (whole house) is non-smoking throughout.
Brookside is NOT a pet friendly Guest House.
Pets in these accommodations are a violation of the rental agreement. Guests bringing a pet into this Guest House will be charged a minimum penalty fee of $250 per night, per pet and will be moved to pet friendly accommodations if available. Refunds will not be offered in the event the stay is shortened or alternative housing is not comparable.

Please review our complete list of fees & policies. Rates are ++ Vermont state tax and resort fee. A minimum booking of 2 nights is required when your stay includes a Saturday night. A 3-night stay is required for Presidents Day Weekend.

*Woodburning fireplaces are for use between the months of October and April only (exact months vary by year).
