Summer/Fall Resort Activities

Equestrian Center

Make horseback riding a part of your summer 2022 plans!   Enjoy the seclusion and immersion in nature as you tour our miles of trails.

Our Equestrian Center is open each summer from Memorial Day weekend through October.  Lessons are available through Labor Day Weekend.  Mountain Top is the only Vermont Resort, and one of only a handful of Resorts in New England, to offer a full equestrian program. Located on 700 beautiful acres, surrounded by thousands of acres of National Forest and overlooking a pristine lake, Mountain Top Resort is the perfect setting for a leisurely “Horseback Riding Vacation” – or simply to add a trail ride to your Mountain Top stay.

Enjoy the spectacular property as you walk, trot or canter through mountain pastures, over miles of trails – experienced rider or new in the saddle, English or Western, on your horse or one of ours. We would be happy to help you to craft a personalized riding vacation to suit your needs and ability level, making it as varied and intensive as desired.
