Mindful Wellness Retreat in Vermont’s Green Mountains

You’ll refresh and reinvigorate your body and mind as you savor the long days of Summer!  Move with yoga and kayaking; Eat wholesome and locally sourced meals; Play tennis and volleyball; Relax with meditation or massage therapy. It’s all included with the Mindful Wellness Retreat at The Mountain Top Inn & Resort.

Incorporating gentle yoga practices to increase energy, restore health and relax the mind, along with plenty of free time, we’ve developed a memorable itinerary:

Day 1 - Arrive, settle in to your room, explore our 350 acres, mingle with fellow participants at a welcome reception followed by dinner.

Day 2 - Sunrise Yoga and Mindful Meditation and breakfast. Free time for kayaking, massage, nature walks and more exploration.  Lunch at leisure. Afternoon Yoga - Pranayama Workshop (Yogic Breathing), cooking demonstration with one of our chef's, and then dinner.

Day 3 - Closing Yoga session to get you ready for the week ahead, breakfast and departure.

Here's what you'll enjoy with this all-inclusive Mindful Wellness Retreat:

  • 2 nights accommodations in a classic lodge room
  • Welcome reception
  • Breakfast each day
  • Lunch on Monday
  • Dinner on Sunday and Monday
  • 3.5 hours of yoga/meditation classes
  • One hour massage (must be booked in advance); (Note we are unable to offer side-by-side massages.)
  • Cooking demonstration with one of our Chef's on Saturday 
  • Afternoon refreshments in the Lobby
  • Use of yoga mats and accessories (or bring your own)
  • Private beach, kayaks, canoes, fitness center, outdoor pool and hot tub, tennis court, sand volley ball court and miles of hiking trails.

All inclusive Rates - $695 single occupancy or $545 double occupancy per person. 

Meet your Yoga Practioner: 
Tammy Brown has been a wellness educator for over twenty years. She practiced nutrition counseling for several years after receiving her Master’s degree in Nutritional Science, before shifting her focus to Yoga, meditation, and movement therapy. Tammy strives to make her classes accessible to all, regardless of their level of experience with yoga. Come with an open mind, and let go of your ego. ANYONE can do yoga. [more]

NOTE - Although we try to maintain current rates on our website, please note that all package rates may change without notice. All rates are quoted based upon noted occupancy and are subject to availability. When applicable, single occupancy is available at a higher rate. Minimum 3 night stay required unless otherwise noted.
