Our private chalet homes are the perfect choice for couples, families, small groups
and family reunions.
The rates are very affordable and we offer discounts for
stays of 5 nights or more**. Depending on the season and the size of
the home rates start as low as
$350 per night for a two
bedroom home.
**Note that this special is not applicable to reservations
booked prior to August 1, 2008.
Chalet rates include breakfast,
afternoon refreshments and use of the Resort's facilities:
Spring/Summer/Fall - private beach, kayaks, canoes, lake activities, outdoor pool, tennis court, and lawn games.
Winter - 60km of Nordic ski and snowshoe trails, sledding hill, and ice skating rink.
Fully equipped and ideal for weekend getaways and long term
stays. All chalet units are non-smoking. Pets are
allowed in select units only. Basic housekeeping is
provided for the chalet, which includes daily fresh towels
and trash removal. Additional housekeeping services can
be arranged in advance by calling the Front Desk.
Rates are subject to change without notice and do not include
tax and resort fee. Check-in time for Chalet Homes is 4PM.

• Rates are per chalet home, per day for the maximum
occupancy listed and include breakfast. The
Resort has established a maximum occupancy per unit and
reserves the right to charge an additional $45 per
person, per day (plus tax and resort fee) for a guest
count in excess of the maximum occupancy.
• Weekends require a two night stay and some holiday periods require a 3 night minimum.
• At departure, a 9% Vermont state sales tax and 15% Resort Charge will be added to your bill. The Resort Charge allows our guests to enjoy daily breakfast, morning coffee service, afternoon refreshments,
and a variety of onsite activities which vary with the season. They include: Nordic ski & snowshoe trail pass, sledding hill, ice skating rink, private sandy beach, kayaks, canoes, tennis court, croquet and lawn games, shuffle board, and hiking trails. Equipment rentals are additional.
• Daily housekeeping - fresh towels and trash removal.
Additional housekeeping may be arranged in advance by
calling the Front Desk.
Deposits
• To confirm a reservation of one night or a seasonal package, a 100% deposit is required at the time of booking.
• To confirm a reservation of two or more nights, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations
Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last-minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling the space due to our remote location. For these reasons, we uphold a strict cancellation policy. If a cancellation is made 21 days or more prior to your arrival date, you may elect to either receive a refund of your deposit less a $45 handling fee, or apply the entire amount of your deposit towards a future stay within the
12 months. If a cancellation is made less than 21 days prior to your arrival date, no refund will be possible regardless of the reason. Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed reservation dates, you will be responsible for all of the original room nights booked from your intended stay.
Rates are per unit, per
day for the maximum occupancy specified. There is an
additional fee of $45 per person beyond the maximum
occupancy noted for the unit. Rates are subject to change without notice. |
